First Time User ProApp Instructions

Step 1: Create a password and login to the system​

1. Go to https://portal.3won.com/service
2. Click on "Click here to reset your password"

3. Enter your username (which should be your email address) and click "Reset My Password"

4. Go to your email account and open the email received from [e-mail]. Click on the link provided.

5. Create a password for your account and click "Change My Password"

6. Go to https://portal.3won.com/service and log in using the username and password that you've just created.

Step 2: Complete the first-time login pop-up box

1. If you have a delegate that assists you with completing forms, complete the First Name, Last Name, Phone, and Email fields on the "Create Proxy: Step 1 of 3" form, then click "Next"

If you do not have a delegate, click "Do Not Show Again"

2. If you would like to have 3WON pre-populate your ProApp profile with your CAQH data:

1. Select “Yes”.

2. Enter your CAQH login credentials. 

   Click here if you forgot your CAQH Username

   Click here if you forgot your CAQH Password

3. Click the “I Agree” button to authorize the import.

3. Click "Next"

4. Review the release information provided, then scroll down. Type your full name in the box and click "Finalize Signature"

5. Type your initials into the next box, then click "Finalize Initials"

6. Click "Take me to my application".
